I'm amazed how people (myself included) can be a part of the world, but yet so detached. Today it is four years since the attacks on the Twin Towers in New York. Elsewhere, there might have been talk leading up to it, and of course, I was cognizant of the fact that this day was coming up, but surprisingly, things go on as usual, and bad things are still happening throughout the world. It's kinda of scary to see how far we've come, and yet how far we still have to go.
